  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Exceptions: For health and safety reasons, used undergarments (bras, underwear) cannot be returned. Customized goods are also non-refundable.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@radtocart.com. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Shipping: A prepaid shipping label will be provided for items that were incorrectly sent or arrived damaged. For all other returns, shipping must be arranged by the customer.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
  • Store Credit: In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
